General Information
Arrive / fly into Frankfurt (FRA):
Our meeting will begin in Kronberg, located 25 km from Frankfurt International Airport (FRA).
Depart / fly out from Munich (MUC):
During the meeting, we will travel by bus from Kronberg to Tegernsee in the Southern part of Germany, South of Munich. From Tegernsee, the closest International airport is Munich International Airport (MUC), approx 90 km from Tegernsee (about 1 hour by car).
There will be no official events both on Sunday July 24 and Sunday July 31, schedule your arrival to FRA and your departure from MUC as suits you best. Transfers from and to the airports have to be organized by yourself.

We blocked the Schlosshotel Kronberg (45 double rooms and 10 suites) for 5 nights, which means no other guests will be there. For Schlosshotel Kronberg, we can offer two room options, standard double rooms or suites. We will, however, sell the whole block (5 nights) only, which means you have to purchase 5 nights there even if you do not want to stay for the whole time.
